Who writes it and who pays for it

Content is written and published by AA Alive Sdn. Bhd., trading as EVIN, a Malaysian medical supplies distributor registered with SSM as 201601033167 (1204108-D). We are the Malaysian distributor of Chondroplus, manufactured by Reganemed GmbH. We benefit commercially when a clinic buys it.

No third party pays for placement, and no page on this site is sponsored content for another company. Where we describe a competing treatment, we are describing a product we do not sell.

How a claim gets onto a page

Every factual claim falls into one of four categories, and each is handled differently.

1. Product specification. Composition, molecular weight, volume, source and price come from manufacturer product information and our own trade price list. These are first-party facts and are labelled as such.
2. Published clinical findings. Sourced to a named, citable paper with its DOI, summarised with the study design and sample size attached, and with its limitations stated on the same page as its findings.
3. Clinical background. General description of anatomy, conditions and treatment categories, written to reflect mainstream clinical practice. Where practice varies, we say so rather than picking the version that suits us.
4. Market observation. Price ranges for treatments other than ours are observed ranges from Malaysian private clinics, labelled as estimates, not quotations, and not our prices.

What we will not claim

• That any injection regenerates cartilage, reverses osteoarthritis or cures it. None does, including ours.
• That Chondroplus is superior to a named competitor. No head-to-head trial supports that, so we compare categories and cite the duration figures each one reports.
• That a study shows more than it shows. The 2024 cohort was retrospective, uncontrolled and small, and we say so every time we quote it.
• Patient testimonials, star ratings or review counts. We do not publish reviews we cannot substantiate, and we do not mark up review schema that has no reviews behind it.
• Regulatory status we do not hold. Our MDA numbers are company establishment licences and we label them as such.

Dates mean what they say

The review date on a page is the date a person last checked the content against its sources. We do not re-stamp dates to look fresh to a search engine. If a page has not been reviewed for a year, it will say so.

Clinical review

Clinical pages are currently written and checked in-house against the named sources listed at the foot of each page. They are not reviewed by an independent named clinician, and we do not claim that they are. Where a page carries a reviewer byline, that byline will name a registered practitioner with their MMC number.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, out of date, or reads as overstated, tell us. Write to contact@evin2u.com with the page address and what is wrong with it.

Substantive corrections are made and the review date is updated. Corrections from clinicians are particularly welcome and are acted on first. We would rather be corrected than quoted incorrectly.

Advertising and regulatory position

Advertising a named medicine or medical device to the general public in Malaysia is governed by the Medicines (Advertisement and Sale) Act 1956. Patient-facing pages on this site are written as education about treatment categories. Product specification and pricing carry a healthcare-professional notice, and the ordering page is addressed to clinicians.

Medical devices supplied in Malaysia are registered under the Medical Device Act 2012 (Act 737). Registration documentation applicable to a specific item is provided on request.
