Privacy notice
In short: reading this site does not require you to give us any personal data, and the tools on it keep what you type in your own browser. We only receive personal data when you choose to contact us.

Who is responsible
AA Alive Sdn. Bhd. (SSM 201601033167 (1204108-D)) is the data user responsible for personal data processed through this site, under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709).
What this site does not collect
- No tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. There is no Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel on this site, which is why you are not asked to accept cookies.
- Nothing from the doctor discussion guide. Your answers stay in your browser. They reach anyone only if you choose to print, copy or send them yourself.
- Nothing from the order enquiry form. It prepares a message in your own WhatsApp or email app. We receive it only if you press send there.
What is collected, and why
Anonymous usage measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views, see which pages are useful, measure how fast pages load, and see which referring sites, including AI assistants, send visitors here. These do not use cookies, do not build a profile of you, and do not identify you personally.
Preferences stored on your device
Your chosen text size, and whether you have hidden the safety information strip, are kept in your own browser storage so the site remembers them. They are not sent to us.
When you contact us
If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send, such as your name, clinic, phone number and the content of your message. We use it to answer you, to process a clinic order, and to keep the records the law requires for medical device supply.
Health information
Information about your health is sensitive personal data. Please do not send us more of it than you need to. We cannot give personal medical advice, and a description of your symptoms is better taken to your doctor than to us.
Where data is held
This site is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure may be located outside Malaysia. Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email are handled by those services under their own terms.
Your rights
Subject to Act 709, you may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is processed, ask for access to it, ask for it to be corrected, withdraw consent, and ask us to limit processing. Write to contact@evin2u.com.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
Plain summary
No tracking cookies, no ad pixels, no forms that send data to us. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send when you contact us.
