Who publishes this site, and why that matters
You should know who is telling you something about a medical product before you weigh what they say. We distribute one of the injections described here, and this page sets out exactly what that means for the content.

The commercial interest, stated plainly
AA Alive Sdn. Bhd., trading as EVIN, is a Malaysian medical supplies distributor. We supply clinics with medicines, topicals, diagnostics and consumables, and we are the distributor of Chondroplus, manufactured by Reganemed GmbH in Frankfurt am Main.
We benefit commercially when a clinic buys Chondroplus. That is the interest. Read the product pages knowing it.
How the content is written
The rest of the site is written to be useful whether or not you end up with our product, because a guide that only makes sense if you buy something is not a guide.
- Corticosteroid, PRP and conventional hyaluronic acid are described on their own terms, including where they beat the product we sell.
- Claims about duration and composition are sourced to manufacturer product information or to published literature, and the source is named on the page.
- The clinical evidence page states the limitations of the study alongside its findings, including that it was retrospective, small, and had no control group.
- Prices quoted for other treatments are market ranges, not our prices, and are marked as such.
- We do not claim any injection regenerates cartilage or cures osteoarthritis, because none does.
What this site is not
It is not medical advice and it is not a diagnosis. Nothing here should be used to start, stop or change treatment without a registered medical practitioner who has examined your knee. Chondroplus is administered by a doctor and is not sold to the public.

Regulatory position
Medical devices supplied in Malaysia are registered under the Medical Device Act 2012 (Act 737). Registration numbers are printed on order documentation and provided on request. Product information intended for healthcare professionals is marked on the relevant pages.
