If you are a clinic
Message your representative or use the enquiry form below. Orders placed before mid-afternoon on a working day go out the same day for next-day delivery in the Klang Valley. We can supply the product information leaflet, the batch and expiry position, and registration documentation on request.
If you are a patient
We can tell you what is in the product, how it is given and which clinics in your area stock it. We cannot tell you whether it is right for your knee, how many injections you need, or what your clinic will charge, because those depend on an examination we have not done.
If your doctor does not stock Chondroplus, they can order it from us directly. Many clinics do this the same week.
Reporting a problem with the product
If a patient experiences an adverse event after an injection, contact us on +60 11-2410 2070 and report it through the normal channels to the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency. Tell us the batch number, which is printed on the syringe and the carton, so we can trace it.
